You can do the liverflush right away most people do it. I just did my 1st parasite cleanse after 18 months doing liverflushes.
While you do the flushes you can do the bowel and parasite cleanses too. Just skip on the the days you do your livercleanse.
If you read other forums you will find out that there many ways of doing things depending whose advise you follow.
