I had a look on the internet about paragone and it said it contains something like 30%-40% alcohol.. i'll look into it properly later on today..

I usually have 2 or sometimes 3 bowel movements a day. i am also on a probiotic called primal defense which i've been on for about 3 weeks. does this mean my bowels are working good? im going to be doing the B&P shakes starting early next week to clear my bowels.
