Hi
Ive got some problems with my liver due to drinking alcohol (i binged drink every week for about 3 months and noticed pain in my liver)... I have drank very little alcohol since then (about 4months ago) and have been taking saunas, milk thistle, cod liver oil, beetroot and trying to eat a better diet...
I want to avoid alcohol until I've cleansed my body, especially the liver cleanse, but this can't be done until after the Bowel Cleanse which includes a parasites cleanse...
..so i would be grateful if anyone could let me know of any alcohol free parasite cleanses?

it is glycerine based; I like the product. One minus: shipping takes rather a long time (for me it was 3 weeks) and never got reply to any of my numerous e-mails. But I got the product. Hands down, I would choose alcohol based cause it gets better absorbed; hey liver itself makes small amounts of alcohol and it even makes small amounts of acetone! Nevermind if definitely no acohol- old amish dewormer would be it: smells really good, tastes not too bad and potency seems to be just fine.

Most of the commercial kits are alcohol free like parastroy or paragone, paracleanse etc. I am not sure about Clarkia
Both Parastroy and Paragone have some bowel cleansing agents as well. Paragone you need two kits I believe and Parastroy only one.
Also I have read that Colonix is very good. It is more expensive but is a combo bowel/ parasite cleanse
If your bowels are working good you can do a Liver Flush first but it is recommended to do at least 7 days of bowel/ parasite cleansing.
Expect to do several Liver Cleanses before things really start to get better. For me it was 4 but I am 54 and used to drink every day.

I usually have 2 or sometimes 3 bowel movements a day. i am also on a probiotic called primal defense which i've been on for about 3 weeks. does this mean my bowels are working good? im going to be doing the B&P shakes starting early next week to clear my bowels.

This is a reply to # 470,367You are right about the Paragon. I have just used the Parastroy which is powdered herbs in capsules. From something I had read I thought the Paragone was similiar.
Sounds like your bowels are working pretty good to me

You can do the liverflush right away most people do it. I just did my 1st parasite cleanse after 18 months doing liverflushes.
While you do the flushes you can do the bowel and parasite cleanses too. Just skip on the the days you do your livercleanse.
If you read other forums you will find out that there many ways of doing things depending whose advise you follow.
