ReF)New /terribly confused on product choice.

Hello Spirit,
Thank you for the useful information. I am completely new to this thought of parasites! I recently had a eye examination, and the therapist told me I have parasites in my body. UCK! I have been reading numerous articles and I am NOW ready to do a cleanse. I want to use the best product possible...do you have a suggestion? I have found two choices: SUPER PARA CLEANSE and Clarkia .I am reuired to do some traveling, so I also need something that is not too much hassel.
