enema recipe for parasites?

can anyone tell me a good enema recipe for the parasite cleanse?I saw all the recipes but wasn't sure which one is good for this cleanse. I have been doing enemas daily for about four days, but don't feel like I'm really getting eveything out... I was wanting to do something a little more effective,I've just used water coffee, and lemon juice... not combined!
