Re: enema recipe for parasites?

What equipment do you use for this? We have a colema board but the container for the water(a 5 gallon bucket with a hole&nozzle at the bottom)is so ackward that I'd like to use something else. Plus the board takes up a lot of space.
I have started my second two weeks of ParaGone(possible pinworms)and had a colonic a week ago. Also did a Liver Flush 4 days ago(during the 5 day ParaGone break). An enema or two during the next two weeks probably would not be a bad idea. Can they be done any time during the day or should they be done midway between meals or???????
