Re: Let's work on a list of inexpensive treatments.
Getting the heavy metals out of your mouth can be very expensive, but most other problems can be taken care of within most people's budget. Lymph blockages can be helped by dry brushing, exercising, and eating only good fats. Cleansing your digestive tract by colon cleasning and cleaning out your liver helps get rid of parasites. If you get your liver moving, the bile will take care of
parasites and candida. The pancreas will improve because it is a chain reaction. Some people get better by eating the hunter/gatherer diet, but it may be that you can do better with grains, beans, and vegetables, which can be very economical. One product that helps cleanse the colon and liver is chlorella. It also detoxes the body of mercury. If you could afford one product, I think that would be a good one. There is also a product called a *%#&¤?§* aba which can cover a multitude of problems. The site www.a *%#&¤?§* abagreen.com explains it very well.
coffee enemas also make the liver work better, help detox the blood, and help pull out parasites, but if your digestive tract is very sensitive, chamomile tea is supposed to be almost as good as coffee, and it is very gentle (as long as you don't have hormonal problems).
Anybody else have any ideas?
