I guess you do what you can. Changing your diet and elminating processed foods is probably a good first step. Fresh Natural Meat is expensive, but I've found that meat keeps me full a lot longer then crackers, potatos and other junk food ever did.

If you can't afford herbs remedies, then just start an herb garden.

Note also, it took me 3 years to figure all this out, so I didn't spend all that money at once...
