Seems you are having quite a cleanse, congratulations!
I have passed clear strands as well, after a parasite cleanse and my 3rd liver flush. The closest I could identify them with was ascaris, except the pictures on curezone have some coulour, mine were clear as glass noodles.
If you have GI inflammation, I wonder if senna is a good idea? Once I learned how senna works, by irritating the intestinal walls, I personally decided to stay away from it and use gentler herbs instead, such as cascara sagrada. Or prune juice. Tweet
