I've been lurking round your discussions for weeks, fascinating to read what came out of whom each day. The only thing more exciting round the Cure Zone than a juicy parasite story is that incredible mind boggling urine therapy discussion! Got started over on The Master Cleanse board when doing that regimen. I lasted 12 days, didn't lose any weight or really note any significant improvements except my back pain went away til I started eating again. Two interesting things did happen though. During the cleanse on 2 or 3 different days I found strange transparent strands of ??? hanging down straight in the toilet water, perfectly clear and maybe 3 or 4 inches long. Was drinking the senna tea at night and doing the salt water flush in the morning and you know just clear water pours through your colon with that routine after the first few days. It didn't occur to me at the time but after lurking here a while I realize those were probably some kind of parasite. They must've had some type of head floating on top of the water, which I couldn't see, with their bodies hanging down from there. There were lots of them. Anybody have any idea what type of worms these were? Long skinny transparent strands hanging straight down in the toilet.

The other thing that happened was a couple of days after resuming eating I passed a very long rope of mucoid plaque! Wow, I wasn't even trying, hadn't done a specific Bowel Cleanse or anything, just had a half tablespoon of psyllium in my breakfast smoothie one morning, that was it. I understand from reading here those mucoid plaques can be great nesting places for parasites. I've had GI inflammation and abdominal pain (below navel) for a few years now, passing blood and mucous for a couple of years (no problem found with colonoscopy). And explosive gassy diarrhea for a long time, which has resolved now with my mostly pure diet and gallbladder cleanses, etc. I also think a lot of my GI symptoms were caused by an unrealized tolerance to soy protein and wheat gluten as I had some of those vegetarian burgers, sausages, bacon, hot dogs almost every day for years as I was vegetarian for a long time and continued eating them even after resuming meat eating just because I liked them and was tricked into thinking soy was good for me. That Master Cleanse I did was bookended with a Liver / Gallbladder Cleanse at beginning and end, got out hundreds of "stones".

Now I've finally started my parasite and bowel cleanses. The product I'm using is ParaNix and Intestinal Sweep. Anyone here use those? Curiously, the Intestinal Sweep has been severely binding, almost to the point of a colon obstruction recently with me throwing up etc., so I did enemas and relieved the problem. Drinking lots and lots of water. And I'm only taking 1/4 dose of the Sweep to acclimate to it. A mystery why a Colon Cleanse product would cause almost an obstruction. Maybe it's because I haven't been doing the recommended senna tea at night...

Yesterday I ate several spoonsful of soaked raw pumpkin seeds, chewed very thoroughly, to aid parasite killing. And took some raw garlic in my salad, too, as usual. And coconut oil as usual. Today I've felt horrible all day, wondering if all the pumpkin seeds killed some parasites and I'm feeling the ill effects from toxins produced by dying parasites??? My GI tract feels raw and inflammed and I just feel bad all over. Very tired. Are Tapeworms the only ones that make you sick as they die? Do pumpkin seeds kill tapeworms?

I've gone from lurking, to cleansing, to posting here....what's next, a bucket of tools by my toilet for dissecting poop? Or will I just prefer to close my eyes and flush as quickly as possible if I see something suspicious? Maybe better out of sight than in, to paraphrase Paulette. Tweet
