Re: ParaGONE: is a bowel cleanse also needed with?
I'll continue to take a flax-based fiber product and a tblsp or two of EFAs a day along with the ParaGone so I can keep things movin' along. I decided to start it today after all so had my first dose this morning. Ugh. Taking those drops in water was gross. There's gotta be a better way! ;-) I am very glad to read your post about the changes the ParaGone caused. That was exactly what I was wondering about this morning -- what to expect! I would love to hear from anyone else who's used ParaGone also.
I debated and debated about doing a cleanse first. But I've had BMs regularly 2-3 times a day for as long as I can remember, eat a good amount of green veggies (especially broccoli) and fibrous fruits (granny smith apples are my favorite) so I'm not as bad off as I might have been. (I have next to no plaque in my blood, and no arterial wall buildup -- had a full check with a cardiologist last summer). At the same time, I know I'm bad off, intestinally speaking! Dr. Clark seems to indicate that a
parasite cleanse should be done first, or else I misunderstood what I read, and when the Renew Life folks said it was fine to do the ParaGone first I decided to follow Dr. Clark's advice.
Are you also taking the Paraenzymes product or some other enzyme product? My vitamin/mineral supplements have enzymes so I think I'm covered there. Just not taking it at the same time.
Does the Paragone also get the plaque and rope things out or will I have to wait for that with a detox cleanse product? That was the other question I woke up with this morning.
thanks for the encouragement and info! :-)
