ParaGONE: is a bowel cleanse also needed with?
After doing a lot of reading here and other sites over the weekend, I realize I don't want to take chances and want to use a tried-and-true method for
parasite cleansing such as
Clarkia or ParaGONE. I already have ParaGONE, so that's the one I'm going with. I have two questions about it, though.
First, the Renew Life Co. that makes the product suggests a
Bowel Cleanse before using ParaGONE. However, Dr. Clark's site seems to indicate doing a
parasite cleanse first. I'd like to follow Dr. Clark's advice since I already have the ParaGONE and don't want to buy another product right now unnecessarily. But I will if it's best to do the CleanseSMART prior to the ParaGONE, as Renew Life recommends.
Second, If it doesn't matter about doing the
parasite cleanse first, which I really want to do, should I also include a simple
Bowel Cleanse product that is psyllium, flax seed, or senna-based (or whatever), or does the ParaGONE have the bowel-emptying herbs in it? It has some senna, but I just don't know enough about all the ingredients to know if it will adequately move the gunk/dead parasites/toxins through the bowls sufficiently, with no other product.
Thanks
