I remember similar exercises from many years ago when I studied Yoga, but then constipation was not an issue and I had forgotten them. My question is, I am not terribly old, but I have trouble standing and balancing due to some nerve damage, can you tell me if I can alter these exercises and try to do them either sitting or lying flat? The nerve damage has affected my perstalsis and all the different cleanses, Oxypowder , Dr. Schulze , and P&Bs have not helped this time. Perhaps these simple exercises will help my recovery.
