I am not in a financial position to do colonics. Epsom Salt is not something i can maintain because i am sure it tastes like crap. The only time i have bowel movements is when i have taken Psylluim and if i don't take, i don't get a bowel movement......my symptoms are very severe. I have had severe insomnia for 6 years and never knew my bowel was the cause till last week. It is exhausting to drink fiber daily. Please reccommend several options on how to remove old fecal matter as well as regulate me.

What kind of herbs soften the hard fecal matter?

I think the reason you sound like a man is because your posts have no emotion. You must be one of those females who are not very emotional and not very nurturing. Do people say that about you?
