What I've recognized are amaranth seeds (I cook them in water 20 min) and pieces of raw apple. I always recognize flax seeds (with or without OP), but maybe this is normal. Or maybe I lack some digestive enzimes? (I always try to chew proprely).
I started to take care of me due to constipation.
