Glutathione consists of the amino acids, glycine, glutamine and cysteine. It works as part of the mitochondria energy system, if I remember right and is an important amino acid that the body creates mostly by itself if you are healthy at least. Not sure how you know deficieny, good labs probably, there are 2 good ones in US but can't remember their names now. Something like Smokey Mountain labs I think..
