I definitely agree, thanks for the interesting info, I'll certainly try it. :)
There are many ways to send oxygen through your body (need of Oxypowder is certainly identifying lack of oxygen so I tell myself to take notice and start breathing, instead of relying solely on capsules to let it circulate!) I use the reflexes on hands, feet and ears, but I most certainly intend to start yoga practise or tai chi sometimes soon.
There's also a great guy who writes about "Breathwalking", do a search on google, it's worth it.
