...Not 'rambling', at all!

...Not when so many have the exact same problems.

Seeking solutions seems to take us from the particular to the general...from individual symptoms to overall health. To me, everything is connected to everything else.

Breathing is primary, I believe. Good for you for noticing!

I've said this elsewhere but I had an injury to my lower shin. I remembered an old yoga (?) trick. Exhale gently and fully, tensing the muscles in the area desired, on the exhale. Then relax the muscles on the inhale.

The lungs automatically fully refill, and the oxygen gained goes directly to the area that was tensed.

Since I couldn't tense the injured area, I tensed my toes. I figured that the extra oxygen had to pass the injury on its way to my foot. Grin.

Along with all the other home remedies I used, this worked.

Try 'shining' the energy from your palms and fingertips on an area you'd like to improve. It took about five minutes, but I suddenly felt a 'woosh' down that leg.

Laughter helps, too, even when nothing funny is going on. Laughter is a fine 'exercise'. (However, it may be better to indulge when you are alone. Hehe.)

Gotta find the remedy for my 'belly'. Probably it will be simpler than I have ever dreamed.
