Thank's so much for replying! Since this 'event' i discovered what had happened. Since i wasn't on any specific cleansing program, i had no idea what that thing was, and i was so scared! I did some research, and then realized that this was a GOOD thing, whew! And actually i have been taking 2 heaping tablespoons of good old Metamucil for 3 months now.
Thank you for confirming what i found out had actually happened. (had though an ALIEN was making it's way out of me! Well, it was in fact. ;-)
