I remember reading a post some time ago from someone that has done that kind of do it yourself Bowel Cleanse kit very sucessfully.

I am not aware about how to do it though. So you will need to research!

I think it can be done, just get good quality herbs, better if organic.

Muculess diet is important too, fasting is better.
