My second BH cleanse experience

Today is the 7th day of my BH cleanse.
Friday was the 5th but I had some packages left and I decided to fast for two more days.

I am amazed of how much mucoid plaque I have passed. I am so glad I have been able to fast without any problem.

Actually today I decided to break the fast but after eating some boiled potatoes I went to the bathroom and passed some more MP, so I am wondering if I should continue.

I do not have any toxin absorber left but I had some HH bulking agent, I was thinking about taking some shakes of HH bulking agent tomorrow to see how it goes.

For the people who think that MP does not exist: it exists.

I believe that not everybody has it though. I think I have so much because I suffered with constipation all my life, so I have too much debris accumulated.

I have a prominent belly. I think that people with flat stomachs do not have that much MP but people who have belly and they look like round, may have a lot of MP.

How do I know it is MP? I have taken the shakes with Carrot juice because I have candida and I cannot take too much apple juice. The shake is very orange. But my MP is not orange, it is dark green, rubbery and does not break apart. I also pass toxin absorber and it is orange.

So I hope I can feel better after the cleanse. I think I have lost around 8 pounds of weight and my skin is very clean and everybody said I had some glow in my eyes!!

Also, my fast became a very spiritual one. I have prayed a lot. The first three days I had some kind of panic attacks but after praying for long time I am feeling and incredible peace.
