Just thought I would let you know the wonderful success I had with supplimenting magnesium during a horrible bout of constipation brought on by psyllium.
With only taking two 125mg caplets about an hour before supper last night, I woke up this morning and had no problems with going to the bathroom. I couldn't believe it. I took two more before my breakfast and was able to expel even more before lunch.
If having problems with constipation on a cleanse, I would seriously consider whether you might be Magnesium deficient, and suppliment accordingly.
If I get really regular again, maybe I'll try to start up the PB Shakes again... here's hoping!
