Yes, that's correct. I looked up 'constipation' with the Google search at the top of the page, and someone shared a lot of information and a couple of links. With the information available on those links, I began to suspect that I might have a magnesium deficiency (possibly slight, possibly serious- don't know yet, I'm getting blood tests results today from my doctor), so rather than have to order and wait for
Oxypowder , I went and bought Magnesium chelate from my vitamin/health-food store.
I have attached the link where I got this information. Please read it.
I understand that Magnesium citrate is probably easier to absorb and not so hard on the kidneys than chelate.
