thanks so much guys. lots of info. but one more question... i do plan on doing a liver flush.. but i read i should get rid of parasites first.. before attempting the liver/kidney stuff. i havent gotten to the store yet to get some parasite killer stuffs. so i figured i would up my p&b shakes with some parasite cleansing also THEN do some kidney liver cleanse.. does that make sense? haha
