also i wanted to mention i have no stomach cramps or anything of the sort. im having regular BM's , they are of great color and texture, i even got out a small rope the other day. so i know im definetly doing SOMETHING right. no i have not read these books yet. i do have a book called eating for life. same author of fit for life. ill just have to do more research. this is a fun learning experience im having a blast with this all. i live in the united states. in california. never heard of hunza. ill have to look it up. i figured my body was in some type of healing state. its just odd that once i finally fix my diet i feel like such crap. but yea i guesss that makes sense. im just gonna play around with the foods i eat. im gonna start juicing probabl tommmorw if i can. i need to figure out what im tolerant to i guess. anyone else have any ideas??? thanks much!
