I have been eating super healthy, except for the pasta I guess but salads, fruit all organic stuff. I was just wondering if it was the red bell pepper that gave me gas. Because that was a real problem last night after I had the salad. Coming off the cleanse I didn't do the o.j. other than that I have been very good. I was just wondering if that makes that much of a difference. I am going out with friends tonight and will have my first alcoholic drink in about 3 weeks--I wonder what kind of havoc it will play on my system. I think I will just stick to red wine.
