Upset stomach

Has anyone else had an upset stomach after this cleanse? I can't seem to stomach much food other than fruit and some crackers. I tried to have pasta last night and it did a number on me. I also had a green salad but I put a red bell pepper in it. I am wondering if that was the culprit. I didn't go off the cleanse like I was suppose to so I am wondering if my body is just adjusting.
