What I found after the Master-Cleanse was that foods that did me no good were totally obvious! Your purified body is telling you that pasta doesn't do it any favours. Pasta=processed food. (everything in moderation, but if you pay attention to your body's likes and dislikes you can learn alot)
Eat good foods. I can't imagine that red pepper was the culprit. Red pepper is filled with goodness. Eat salads and fruits and drink lots of water. Vegetables soups are good too..

*if you didn't come off the fast properly then, yes, that is the reason why you're not feeling too good. It's what you come off the fast with that makes a difference*
