Well I havent had the same luck as you have with eliminating once again I am stuck. I'll try the oils tonight ie flax and castor yuck but if it works great.
I have eaten healthy meaning organic health food store shopping for quite a few years now and I find that making my own food instead of the processed food works for me.
A couple of days ago Oprah had on a guy that wrote a cook book I think called TASTE and its coming out Friday that appears to be a very healthy ie meat and fat free. Anyways I always enjoy a good cook book.
