Again, thanks for the response. You really inspired me and I finally got myself up this morning. Only for a quick cardio workout for 20 minutes but it was something! thank you! I plan on sticking to a pretty heavy raw diet, of course I'll have other things but I'll make sure I get in LOTS of raw foods. I LOVE fruit and NUTS. I know the veggies are the most important so I'll try to heavy up on that. You've also inspired me to read up on effective workouts (like working out in the morning!). ANy suggestions on books?
