Thanks for all the info! I really appreciate it and will definitely look into it and start getting up earlier to get my body going. Is it that you have to workout in the morning or do something a little physically active for 10-15 minutes? I'm on day 9 today and I'm dreaming about food b/c I want to eat, not b/c I'm hungry. Its really taught me that I eat purely b/c I LOVE FOOD, not b/c I'm hungry. I'm going to do my best to keep the weight off. I also need to lose another 10-15 or so but I will be patient instead of going the fast and quick route that always seems to end me back gaining more weight. To a new way of life! THANKS AGAIN!
