I can't say that I'll stay away from all the 'bad' things all the time but definitely will be dipping into them only on occassion! I'm going to try to stick to 'raw' foods but I do feel like a protein diet with low carbs does work for me so the question is where do i get all my protein...I'll try to stay away from red meat but I have to chicken/seafood, etc.
