I dont know that it is any better than any of the other cleanses, but it has the right ingredients. Black-Walnut , Wormwood and Cloves - as long as you have these 3 ingredients you will kill parasites. It also has pumpkin seeds.

It's a matter of convenience as to which parasite cleanse you take. If you're in the States you can order anything, being in the UK I have to get what is available or pay a big duty tax to import.
