Re: To Chil

I just dont know about the Old Amish. I have been on it for 5 days and didn't see a single worm, although I sometimes had little belly aches and ocassional neausea - good signs that something was dying. My husband hasn't seen anything either but I'm sure he isn't looking too hard, and he really has had stomache cramps and itches. The thing is, I had a few days of passing parasites before I even started taking any parasite cleanse, which I think was because of the pumpkin seeds and Oregano Complex - still hard to believe. My theory is that I killed off those parasites in the stomach and will have to work a bit harder to get the less accessable worms. Well, although the Amish is only for 5 days, the maintenance is 3 tbs a week so that is like a tbs almost every second day - quite a lot. Think I will do it every 3rd day. So I may yet see some results. I have read a lot on this forum and I read that a lot of people dont really get the big ones out, despite doing a full parasite cleanse, until they have done the CoQ10 and then the liver cleanse. The liver cleanse seems to chuck them out in a lot of cases. So my next step is the CoQ10 and then the liver cleanse.

I read a lot of good results with the Old Amish, so just see how you go and post your experiences. Remember not to take the P&B at the same time as the Amish, at least an hour apart. I'm not doing the P&B at the moment but I think it would be much more effective doing them both. Good luck.
