Actually, Epsom Salt is VERY good for you. You can take a tablespoon of Epsom Salt if you are constipated and you won't be stopped up anymore!
Or you can do what I do and take a little bit everyday. It's magnesium, you know and that's good for you. It keep my heart beating properly. I take 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon every day. Lillian posted not too long ago of an elderly friend who had always taken 1 teaspoon of Epsom Salt in the morning and another teaspoon before she went to bed.
When I first began taking epsom salt, I could NOT stand the taste. Not, I'm used to it and my body craves it!
