Epsom Salts is very safe and recommended by my doctor. I do not like the taste so I buy empty gel capsules and fill them with Epsom Salts and take mine that way. It's great for a detox but also great to use few times a week for the vitamin benefits and it helps with muscle pain from fibromyalgia.
