EPSOM SALTS (DANGEROUS)?

I am considering doing another Liver Flush but this time instead of doing just olive oil and lemon was contemplating the Epsom Salt added to it BUT in reading further articles on the web came across one expressing not to use Epsom Salts as this will permantely damage part of the intestines.TRUE OR FALSE?
If true perhaps one can use cascara senna instead.
