I would like to know how are you taking the P/B shakes the parasite cleansing and the CQ 10?

I am going to try the Cofee Enema today. I am taking Clarkia . I stopped the P/B shakes until I get my Caprol because the shakes constipated me.
Is it safe If I take the CQ10 when I am taking Clarkai? I had giardias in the past. I am taking Clarkia and I have not seen anything.

What recipe did you use for the Cofee Enema? I found several.
