Paramona! Very brave of you! (I'm one of those who hasn't attempted an enema yet)

So! What IS that stuff you got out? Not like normal poo at all? Yellowy browny?? I'm having a hard time visualizing it! hmmmm. Unless they were worm-like, I'd say that it was probably mucoid plaque...because I have heard that candida is white an foamy. Any of that?

But, I could be wrong....maybe someone else will jump in here...

Anyway...that is GREAT that you feel so good and that you got out some weird stuff...all from an enema eh? wow.
