Successful enema with strange outgrowths

I did my first successful coffe enema today and I'm shocked by the results.

I got out a lots of spongy, slippery, elastic, mostly longish, but deformed, yellowish-brownish stuff in size between 4-8 cm-s long.

I guess this is dead/live CANDIDA?! Or mucoid plaque? I don't know what these are but I'm sure better out than inside my poor bowel. I don't think I need settlers in me...

What do you think guys? Have you had experience like this?

By the way... I feel great now!!! I've been on P& B shakes for about a month with parasite cleanse+candida diet, first liver flush, Q10 etc., and I haven't got any visible results until now.

I feel I made a great stride forward with the enema and I'm very proud now.

I wish the same to you guys!

So please tell me your opinions. Candida or mucoid plaque????

Thanks, mona
