I don’t know what “long term” really is. But I have been taking the Dr. Schulze formula of the IFC #1 every day for about 3 ½ years. A couple of months ago I didn’t have any, so I went for several days without taking them. I still had bowel movements, but they were very slow, about like it was before I started taking the formula in the first place. So I don’t think there has been any damage at all. I’ll never be without it again, I can tell you that.

Of course I make my own formula from scratch and encapsulate them myself. But that shouldn’t make a difference since I use the same formula that Dr. Schulze gives in his instructions on making it.
