Thank you so much! I will try the one a day approach again - since my system is in fast mode, perhaps it will be more succesful. I am doing a gall bladder flush on Friday so, at least if the bp slows things down, by Friday it will come out!! You know, the salt water flushes don't make anything happen for me - so I'm not doing them. I'll let you know and thanks!
