Re: how many of you actually expelled "black ropes"

Hi Nik! That was my boyfriend that passed the shiny 1974 penny on his 4th day of taking Bentonite and psyllium! Boy o boy did we ever laugh! I mean...wow...it's been the talk of my family and friends, I tell you! (I, of course, even haul the famous penny out to show them! - I'm not sure how much they appreciate that...) Already the penny isn't as shiny as it was when it first came out...That is something!

So...whenever doubts creep up about if cleansing works or not, I always think of his old penny...how could it have been hiding in him for 26 odd years!? (he seems to remember swallowing it in 1978 - he was a young boy...wanted to see what would happen...) The psyllium reeally has amazing scrubbing action to finally dislodge that guy!

I'll be interested to know if you get any more looooonng ropes on this MC...do let us know!
