aloha - has anyone passed ropes or mucoid paque without the use of the p&b? I am not plannign to use the b&p until after the cleanse and am wondering if anyone has done this - seems liek everyone does the b&p hwoever it isd not recommended int he Master-Cleanse book - confused and new at this please help
