I can very well understand you for I have been there myself when I was a child and every single food I ate made me ill. Don't get discouraged. For every problem there is a solution, somewhere. Fear of food makes it nearly impossible to digest it. If you believe that veggies will cause you an infection, they most certainly will. As I said before, the food plays a major role but there are many other reasons for your predicament. You are not a victim of circumstances, bacteria or food. You are almost expecting that food is going to harm you. Knowing the mind-body connection, this is manifesting exactly what you are afraid of. And your past experiences "prove" to you that you are right, they become your self-fulfiling prophesy.

I cannot provide you with a list of miracle foods that you can well digest, satisfy your hunger and that do not feed the yeast. The closest to limit this problem are Pitta-reducing foods, as I mentioned before. The liver cleanse is certainly one of the most important methods to break the vicious cycle, it also helps release old resentments and anger that are behind Candida outbreaks.

I can only make suggestions on this forum but not diagnose or treat anything. Not being able to see you in person puts great limitations on what I can do to assist. I am doing as much as I can to offer my help, but please recognize the difficulties that arise from communicating in such a way.
