i know how u feel abt people staring at you etc..
while i've never done the garlic thingy before...i had a really horrible experience at the beautician's when i was getting a facial.
she was SO terrible at extraction and my face was totally totally covered in these dark red dots ..my whole face was full of them !
i had to take the bus back home n i swear the whole bus was staring at me...i felt so bad i almost cried there n then..

anyhow that facialist is on my blacklist now...
so take heart...it *will* get better...time is your best friend.
