I'm no expert but this has helped me in the past: Take some Tylenol to help the burn, put some aloe vera on the spots and try to keep your body temp. cool (stay indoors). Drink lots of water, get plenty of rest and you'll be better soon.

Have you tried doing a liver cleanse to help with the acne? It helped me.
