Re: New to Curezone/Loads of Questions

Oh good I thought I'd looked up that product before LOL! there's just so many it's tough to remember. :)

Okay, i looked up Cleanse Smart by Renew and there's a #1 for all the organs (morning) and a #2 for the bowels (evening). So it's #2 you're taking? It has a TON of good stuff! I like Triphala, Rubharb, Fennel, Ginger, all good gentle laxatives. Put them all together and they're pretty strong, but not weakening to the colon. #1 has good herbs too!

For best results you do need to be taking in plenty of fiber. If you dno't want to drink psyllium, then see about at least eating more fiber, such as eating hot whole grain cereal for breakfast. Bob's Red Mill blends are available at the health food store and make a nice meal when dressed up like you would oatmeal. I often hve them for dinner when I don't have time for breakfast. :)

For best results, don't rely on thsi product all by its lonesome, but also do a series of liver flushes. I'm a conservative when it comes to the parasite flush and don't recommend it unless your lifestyle and symptoms seem to warrant it. Bloody stools, tons of rashes, roseacea acne, cancer, then yep, parasites. Anything less, possibly not, see if any come out in liver stones and fecal matter thanks to the other flushes, that's my attitude. :) It does mean inspecting everything in the toilet bowl quite carefully but oh well! ;)
