i tried some of that cleansesmart, but it was too strong for me, so i quit. now i just take the psyllium and bentonite. also enemas. i believe these are easier on a body than cleansesmart. get shelleycat's info on the colon, because it covers all the bases. i have more to experience, but what i have learned has helped so much. you can almost get a 'feel' for what your colon needs. some logical steps are to improve your diet, and exercise your abdomen muscles(gently at first). drink plenty of purified water. pay attention to the feelings of digestion to get a clue as to how fast/slow food moves and if there are any weak spots that slows digestion. in other words, try to get a diagnosis at first, then go from there. read about the colon, and have a reason for doing any cleanses or taking anything. meanwhile let your body do its thing.
