Re: Primal Defense and psyllium question

I think my message was weird because I put it in the wrong spot. Anyway, I did my first colonics (fairly unsuccessfully mind you). I have taken psyllium in the past to the point where it doesn't work and more recently took some primal defense. Anyway the therapist said it does have iron in it (can't find this in the label) and it can plug you up. She did not recommend it. It may be good for someone who has never done anything but not for those who are on the road to good health. Anyway she recommended Juice fasting and Raw. I'm not sure I agree as you have to consider the difficulty and the quality of the produce that is available. She had just returned from a cleanse in Portorico and was very into it but not sure if it's the way.

Let me know what you figure out.
